This timely legislative update will examine newly passed laws affecting public bodies\, nonprofit organizations\, condominium and homeowner assoc iations\, and other entities whose meetings are governed not only by Rober t’s Rules of Order but also by statute.\n\nThe session will highlight wh ere statutory authority supersedes parliamentary procedure under the hiera rchy of rules and will provide practical guidance on advising clients when conflicts arise.
