The Northern Virginia Marching and Gavel Society (NOVAMAGS) Unit typically meets the third or fourth Thursday at the Richard Byrd Library, 7250 Commerce Street, Springfield, Virginia 22150, from September through June.
Donald Garrett, PRP lays a wreath at the grave of General Henry Martyn Robert, the author of the first edition of Robert’s Rules of Order. General Robert is buried at Arlington National Cemetery.
